About Us

Tortoise and Finch Productions was founded in 2008 by writer/producer Chloé McFeters and writer/director/actor Kevin Cirone as a medium for producing moving, inspiring and entertaining projects in narrative film, documentary, television and live events.

Tortoise and Finch Productions is a company focused on revealing truth and stories of human interest and development through various mediums of art.

Chloé McFeters

Chloé McFeters is a documentary filmmaker, producer, and freelance writer, as well as manager of visual and performing artists. Her first feature-length documentary, “You Look a Lot Like Me,” exploring the complexities of intimate partner violence, is already generating industry buzz and is due out later this year. She is presently seeking finishing funds for this film.

Her next documentary, an intimate portrait of Kurdish refugees living in Sweden, is currently in pre-production. She has produced numerous short- and feature-length films and is also developing two feature-length narrative screenplays.

Chloé is in her third year as the Public Relations Manager for the Boston International Film Festival.

Kevin Cirone

Kevin Cirone is an actor, writer and director from the Boston area with numerous appearances on stage and screen to his credit. He has worked with directors, producers and casting agents all over New York and New England. Some of his recent performances include “The Producers”, “City of Angels”, “Extremities”, and the upcoming feature film “The Joneses”. In 2010 he was nominated for an Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) Award for Best Supporting Actor.

Kevin has directed and produced several short- and feature- films, including “Trust Fall” (director/producer), “Expendable” (director/producer) and “Divine Intervention” (associate producer). He has also produced and directed a number of stage plays and live events.  Kevin has four screenplays under development including the feature films “Fresh Face” and “Glorious”.  He is also in the process of writing his first musical, tentatively titled  “Heavy”.
